Yes. The Jivam desktop app is always free to download and use if you bring your own Sarvam AI or Krutrim Cloud API key. The subscription plans are for users who want to use Jivam's managed API access without setting up their own account.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan. No cancellation fees.
Cowork is a new mode for long-horizon collaborative work — think of it as giving Jivam a persistent workspace where it can run multi-step tasks with memory across sessions. It's in development and will launch first for Pro users.
Conversations are stored locally on your device by default. For cloud sync across devices, you'll need to enable it in settings. We never train on your data without explicit consent.
Annual plans are billed once a year at a 20% discount. For Starter, that's ₹4,800/year instead of ₹6,000. For Pro, it's ₹9,600/year instead of ₹12,000. Prices shown are indicative.
